Hover to the Link given below . Download the IOS Launcher for Windows desktop from the page .
1) ZIP file will be downloaded.
2)Extract the ZIP File in a corresponding location.
3)Open Win8 Launcher and Extract all.
4)Select Win8 Starter and your Launcher gets starts.
5)Drag and drop the files to look like MAC.
